Through Conflict Coaching, individuals deepen their awareness of habits and behaviors that contribute to conflict.

Parties may meet with the mediator together, or each have time alone with the mediator. Sometimes both! The mediation process is especially effective in situations where the parties have an ongoing relationship.
After the mediator clarifies the issues from each person’s perspective, the mediator helps the parties identify options and brainstorm potential action steps.
Ideally, parties will conclude a mediation with a mutually agreed upon plan. That plan will provide the best path out of the current conflict and create guidelines for the parties to avoid conflict in the future.
