Melinda Gehris

Melinda has been mediating professionally since 1994. She has been helping people solve problems for as long as she can remember. As part of the PRISM team, Melinda uses her background in dispute resolution and conflict management to assist individuals and organizations in managing inter-personal conflict. She designs systems, coaches individuals, and facilitates conversations to allow teams and organizations to manage conflict in a productive way.

Melinda and the PRISM team have developed and lead courses including the PRISM Core Curriculum as well as other sessions designed for a specific client.
