We’re delighted to announce that Mary Ann McNicholas has joined PRISM Conflict Solutions as our new Office Manager. Mary Ann brings more than 35 years of law-related office administration experience to our team, with a career that spans court-adjacent programs, legal services organizations, and private practice operations.
Mary Ann’s background reflects a deep commitment to efficient, people-centered operations. She began as Office Manager for the New Hampshire Mediation Program and most recently served as Executive Assistant to the Assistant Claims Administrator for the YDC Claims Commission. Over the years, she has managed several law-related offices—including the Civil Practice Clinic at the Franklin Pierce Law Center, the Laconia Branch of the NH Public Defender Program, and multiple small law firms. She also brings real estate paralegal experience, supporting litigation at McNicholas Law Offices and overseeing transactional work at Merrimack Title Company.
In her role at PRISM, Mary Ann will help keep our operations running smoothly so our practitioners can focus on what matters most: helping organizations resolve conflict, strengthen communication, and restore healthy work environments. PRISM provides confidential, informal, independent, and impartial support—including external ombuds services, conflict resolution consulting, and training—for clients across New England and beyond.
