Kevin G. Collimore

I joined PRISM/Hess Gehris Solutions in 2025 after more than 30 years as a civil trial attorney and over 28 years as a “Court-Approved” Rule 32 (previously Rule 170) mediator and arbitrator. Most recently, I worked for 17 years at a firm I co-founded in 2008, Cullen Collimore Shirley, PLLC.  That followed  nearly a decade spent litigating trials and appeals in the litigation department of a storied New Hampshire general practice firm and four years as a department manager, managing lawyers and senior claims handlers, investigating and responding to environmental and toxic tort litigation nationwide for one of North America’s most successful claims management firms. I am a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. Since 1999, I have facilitated more than 700 court-ordered and private mediations and arbitrations. I am honored to have been recognized by Best Lawyers  in construction law for the past several years . As a home builder and general contractor in a prior life, I have a special affinity for construction cases (mediation and arbitration for job site injuries, contract disputes, construction defect claims, etc.) and maintain my OSHA certification for construction safety. I also continue to stay active in construction by working on our historic home, built circa 1763, and a cabin I designed and built by hand on an island in Casco Bay, Maine. I think my background gives me a unique perspective when serving as a mediator and arbitrator, especially in construction matters.

I obtained a bachelor of science degree from Southern New Hampshire University, summa cum laude and valedictorian, and a juris doctorate from Boston University School of Law.

Kevin mediates all types of civil (tort, contract, partnership, etc.) and probate disputes. He has particular expertise in  construction, land use, personal injury, municipal law, toxic tort, and insurance coverage issues.
