Anita has years of experience counseling clients. She started as a corporate transactional attorney, representing public and private companies in a variety of industries, including life sciences and financial services. In this role, Anita negotiated agreements on behalf of her clients and advised them as they navigated challenging situations. She transitioned to focusing on workplace conflict resolution in 2023.
Prior to joining the team at PRISM, Anita was a Boston-based attorney at Ropes & Gray LLP, and then at Sanghavi Law Office, LLC. Anita graduated from Boston University School of Law in May 2015.
Anita’s mediation practice focuses on providing parties with an impartial, fair process that identifies issues and creates opportunities for solutions that can resolve disputes and end litigation.
My Mediation Practice
Anita supports teams, leaders, and individual contributors as they work to improve workplace dynamics. This includes providing support across all levels to manage current conflicts, as well as providing training to help clients become “conflict ready.”
Anita’s practice includes individual coaching, facilitating conversations, helping clients develop systems to manage conflict, and leading training sessions from PRISM’s Core Curriculum.
