IN HER OWN WORDS
I love helping leaders and teams address, manage and resolve conflict in the workplace. Whether you are a supervisor, manager, director, department head, C-Suite executive, HR professional, health care provider, biotech leader, or other professional, I will help you assess and address the conflict challenges that are holding you and your team back from being your most productive. I will guide you as you shift from avoiding conflict to engaging in strategies for change so that you can focus on what is most important to you – your customers, your patients, your products, your services, your bottom line.

As a mediator and facilitator I enjoy helping clients identify issues, understand varying perspectives and find solutions that improve outcomes. When working with families in transition, I help clients create their own unique road map for the future through a fair, impartial and respectful process. In business and civil mediations, I work with attorneys and individuals to resolve disputes efficiently and avoid costly litigation wherever possible.
As someone who has lived on several continents, and has been active on many different Boards, I understand the importance of listening thoughtfully and making room for diverse opinions. I value collaboration and transparency, and believe that strong relationships and excellent communication in the workplace are key to employee satisfaction and overall productivity.
