Mary Ann McNicholas joined Hess Gehris Solutions and Prism Conflict Solutions as Office Manager in 2025. She brings 35 years of experience in law related office administration. From her first position as Office Manager for the NH Mediation Program through her most recent appointment as Executive Assistant to the Assistant Claims Administrator for the YDC Claims Commission.
She has run numerous law related offices; including, but not limited to several small law firms, Office Manager for Bruce Friedman at the Civil Practice Clinic at Franklin Pierce Law Center, and Office Manager for the Laconia Branch of the NH Public Defender Program. She also is an experienced real estate paralegal having provided real estate litigation support for her husband at McNicholas Law Offices and managing real estate transactional work at Merrimack Title Company.
